Once you get your routine set and know what you are going to do, it gets easier. But, there will always be new things you will want to add or try. So the hours will probably be about the same. I am on a 10 month contract. Since I am held accountable for my students and have to follow up, I think this is the least they can do. We have so much more paperwork than other teachers.
