I am so happy to see you all working through your problems.  It is amazing
to see what a lot of great minds can do when they work together.  
I read all of your messages and your responses, but I do not have any
intelligent solutions.  .  .  I have faith that when you work together you
will find your solutions and your students will benefit in the end.

I'm so proud of you!
