I hope you are off to a great start. The A site training went well this summer. For an example of the good work go to http://schoolnotes.com/teachbowen.html and look at Lisa Bowen's page. This is just one example. There were many others. Schoolnotes.com is very easy to use. Just register and create your own note page. You do not have to know html coding. If you do, you can use it, but if not you can post things to the web without it. This is a free service to you. A great way to communicate with students at school and at home. Go to http://schoolnotes.com and click on view and key in 39762. Click on my Parent's page to see how you could communicate with parents. For those of you who are concerned about teaching keyboarding, go to http://www.iceberg.org/~bdahlstr/keybaroding.html You may notice a few discrepancies, for example they tell you to teach accuracy first??? I am not sure who the source of this info is, but some of the info may be helpful to you. Please email the group if you have questions. Let's help each other this year. Cheryl, is there some way I can get an updated email list of computer discovery and bct teachers? Thanks Dr. Patti S.
