RE: computerdisc-l: Career research

This may be a wild goose chase:

Career Futures, the 8th grade package, had some suggestions for career
searches on the internet. There is a what use to be a manual in my time
(dark ages) that is now online. It describes careers, salary ranges, etc.
The name is on the tip of my tongue, but I can't remember what it is. You
may try asking some 8th grade teachers to look at their Career Futures
software. I KNOW it's there, because we accessed it for individual
students wanting to know about careers when I was in the CD classroom.

Do anyone have any suggestions on where to go on the Internet to research
careers. I want the students to do more research than what is on the
Career
Choices software.
