computerdisc-l: Problems with GCAK

Has anybody been having LOTS of problems with GCAK.  I have been having about 5-6 computers a period lock-up with problems.  I have had everything from the students keyboards not typing, to file full, to the computer locking totally up and having to be turned off.

 

I know a lot of people had problems last year that were never resolved with Glencoe and it seems as if this year will be worse for me.  Has anybody heard if Glencoe is going to fix these problems, or will we have to live with them until are labs are upgraded, 5 years from now.
