Hi, I am an A site. As of yet, we have not successfully locked down everything as far as student access. They have not realized yet just how much they can get into so we are holding our breath but we know the day is coming that they find out they can go anywhere they want even though the icon is not on their station. As far as GCAK and MicroType Pro....I prefer MicroType pro because it goes along with our old Century 21 books and is just the upgrade of our previous program. The reports are printed out the same as before which I like very much. I guess it is just hard to change once you get used to one way of doing things. We have had some problems with GCAK and found out that it was a glitch in the program. We have been told that they will have to replace all of our CD's which could take a lot of time. I LOVE THE NEW PRINTER!!!!!! It is so fast and much quieter than the old one and thank goodness we can use regular paper!!!!! The banner paper was a pain especially if a student forgot to check for "added" pages on a document. You know...the wasted sheets. Not sure if I have given enough information for you but would be happy to answer any other questions.
