I have just completed the National Board for Vocational Education.  I didn't 
go through any University.  The Universities do have groups that help you, 
but you do not have to go through the University to obtain your National 
Board Certification.  You do have to have a teaching certification and must 
have at least 3 years experience.

If anyone would like help, I will be more than happy to help.
