OK - I promise that this is the last e-mail for a while. I wanted to post my classroom site. I also use blackboard. It is wonderful because it motivates students the address is: You can enroll as a guest for the next 3 days. I do not like to leave this option on long because my students have their web pages listed on it. Take a gander at what they have done. They have done a good job. I usually let them play on blackboard when they finsih their work. The student web sites have become a competition to some students - they even come during prime time (home room) before school starts. This is a good site because it is secure. I have complete control where your students go on the Internet because they only go to links that I have attached to the site. This is also good for parental envolvement. Most of my parents have access somewhere (school, work, or home). The site is easy to create - anyone can do it.
