computerdisc-l: C-site upgrades

To the many desperate C-site individuals who responded to my inquiries
in reference to upgrades and money from the state, I am sorry to report
that I have had no news.  Although I would to like to believe that "no
news is good news," I don' think that is the case this time.  If you
have any news (at all), please feel free to contact the Listserv or
myself and share your knowledge.
