Re: computerdisc-l: Welcome teachers in training

Hi New Discovery Teachers,

You have made a wonderful career choice in choosing to teach Computer Discovery.  I have enjoyed teaching this course more than any other in my teaching career.  It has opened a whole new world to me, not only with technology, but having a wonderful support group to encourage and help with things.  Please feel free to post any questions, concerns, or helps for "us old folks" as you join our listserv.  I look forward to having you in our group.

I know you have worked so hard this summer, but it will be well worth your effort.  Good luck to you!  Have a great rest of the summer.  Fondly, Susan Lee

We have 24 new teachers going through training at Armstrong.  This is
their last week.  You may want to send them some encouraging messages.
They are working very hard and will be great teachers.  I am trying to
show them how to use the listserv.
