I have used my EEF funds to purchase videos and additional software. I have purchased videos to assist the students with writing resumes and explaining Internet research skills. Many students can get "lost" on the net by not understanding how to limit the search topics. This is especially helpful when doing integration activities with other teachers. I have purchased Dreamweaver software so the students can design their own web pages as required for the course. Eventhough Netscape Composer is great and free, I like the ease of Dreamweaver.
