Thanks Patti.  I was thinking the same thing.  If she has to she could
recreate the files before they use them.  That would be a great deal of
work--remember those databases you call up and use??

She is concerned about getting behind in her class.

We use Works 4.5 and don't have a problem with it.  Hopefully someone will
come up with a better idea than this but she could recreate the documents
herself in 6.0 and save as read only files for her students.  It would be a
lot of work but is one answer to the headache.
