-I get someone in our office to e-mail me a list of every student in the incoming 8th grade. (Which same me having to type them myself.) -I create a spreadsheet with those names & add the information that Gaggle requests. -I use the import feature in the "add user's " window. If you haven't already done so, print the Administrator and User's Guide from Gaggle. It is very helpful. Look on page 12 at "Import Users." By doing it this way, students do not have the option of selecting an inappropriate user name or password. Hope this is helpful.
