I have received a Spanish speaking student this year. He speaks almost no English. Do any of you have any suggestions? My district is working on resources for all of the teachers, possibly a translator, but in the meantime, I can only communicate with him through www.freetranslations.com. This website is a help, but the Spanish that they use is very advanced and technical. If any of you have ever had this situation, please let me know how you handled it. Send any suggestions you have.
