computerdisc-l: GCAK Problem

I am having trouble with my gcak keyboarding program.  Some times, not on 
the same computers or at the same times, an error will occur.  The error 
says Projecto, etc.  The only way to fix the error is restart the computer.  
Restarting the program won't help.  When it happens the student looses all 
work he has done that day.  It happened at the end of last year and we made 
it till the end of the year and reloaded the program on all computers.  But 
that didn't seem to help.  It has happened everyday this year.  My tech 
doesn't know what the problem is either.  Anyone else have this problem or 
know how to correct it?  It is aggravating to the students to loose that 
work.
