We were up-graded to Office 2000 in 2000 and reviewed at least a dozen textbooks - we went with South-Western's Microsoft Office 2000-Introductory course. We chose it because it most closely followed the Tech-Prep student objective checklist and it had a similiar format to the Horizon's textbook. We have a few copies of Practical Office, but this text seems to be geared toward strictly independent learning.
