computerdisc-l: Enrollment numbers for Computer Discovery

Can someone out there help me out with some information.  Our school has labs with 24 computers.  It has always been understood that we must have a minimum of 15 students per class -- that was a requirement.  We have a class with 15 students and there is the possibility that one of the students will be leaving, causing that class to fall below the 15 minimum requirement.  Our middle school counselor is saying it doesn't matter how may students are in each individual class -- it's the total number of students.  I believe that is incorrect -- however, it certainly could have changed.

We've sent an email to Teresa Jones, however she is out of the office and I'm not sure is she will have an opportunity to respond to me in time.  Where can I find the information regarding the required number of students per lab/class.  Has there been a change? (We pulled out previous documentation when Sherry Franklin visited & she had documented on the form each class number -- noting it was above the minimum required.)
