Faculty Colleagues:

    Attached, in both Word and Word Perfect files, is a belated summary
of the Senate Roundtable on admission and grading standards.  Though I
have solicited the comments of all participants, the summary is wholly
my own and has no official status.  Other participants may wish to put
out their own versions of the discussions.


(I sent this message out a week ago.  Apparently it fell into a black
hole in ITS.)
