Faculty Colleagues:
 
I am soliciting nominations from the Faculty for several at-large
positions to serve on two committees: 
(1) Search Committee for the Vice President for Research (replacing Lou
D'Abramo; 1 position needed)

(2) Undergraduate Admissions Policy Committee (new standing committee;
3 positions needed)
 
Please make sure that any individual you nominate is willing to serve. 
 Nominations may come from the General Faculty including academic,
research, extension, and clinical faculty both on and off campus. 
Individuals at or above the rank of Assistant Dean or equivalent are not
eligible to serve (determined by eligibility to serve on the Faculty
Senate).
 
Nominations should be submitted to Delores Hudson
(dhudson@senate.msstate.edu) by 12:00noon on Wednesday, August 20. 
Elections will follow immediately.
