To the faculty:
Dr. Rabideau has developed some guidelines for how to handle peer reviews as
part of the promotion and tenure process. Those guidelines are attached. I've read through them, made suggestions for changes, and asked to send them
out to all faculty members. Hopefully, this will assist faculty in making strong packets and help heads
and promotion/tenure committees use the peer reviews in an effective way. Mark Goodman
