One of the books that I like best for disease, pest and nutrient problems is
"Tomato Diseases" by Seminis Vegetable Seeds, Inc. The address on the
inside cover of the book is 1905 Lirio Avenue, Saticoy, California 93004.
The book was put out in 1997.

It is an overview of the more common diseases and disorders worldwide. Lots
of photos to help with identification. It has helped us on many occassions.

I ordered the book from Hydro-Gardens in Colorado. The website is
www.hydro-gardens.com . The email is hgi@hydro-gardens.com . Mike Morton
is the owner and he is very knowledgable.

Good luck. Regina
