greenhouse-tomatoes: Snow load on greenhouse

Mike,
I don't know how long you have been in Alabama, but you might want to consider snow load because it does snow here sometimes. Usual snow load is about 4 inches, but "the Great Blizzard of '93 " left 24 inches on my greenhouse.

Kindest regards,
Dave

I would also like some advice about what new greenhouses are best suited
for tomato production yet affordable.  I am mainly talking about the
frame without any equipment.  I have put up greenhouses before, but it
has been about 10 years ago.  Also, what are your ideas for the perfect
size and shape?  We are in Alabama, so we don't make snow load a
consideration.

Thanks,

Mike
