This is correct (your comments below). Supply includes imports and 
domestic
production minus exports, whether for field grown and GH combined 
(all US
fresh tomatoes) or just for GH. 

As we mention several times in the report, retail channels account 
for only
around half of all fresh tomato consumption in the US, the remainder
accounted for by foodservice.

Of course, the GH share is now higher, due to an expansion in US GH
production (Eurofresh) and due to rapid import growth from Mexico.

looks like we are talking about several different figures. see if you 

agree with this attempt to separate them.

9% is Greenhouse share of total fresh production (i.e. lbs GROWN in 
GH compared to all tomatoes grown in US).

17% of U.S. fresh tomato supply (i.e. percentage of ALL tomatoes SOLD 

in US are from GH).

37% of all fresh tomatoes sold in U.S. retail stores (i.e. percentage 

SOLD just in RETAIL stores that are from GH).

I agree this is confusing, and may need some further explanation of 
the numbers. Let me know if you interpret the numbers differently.
