info: Financial end-of-year processing

To users of the Alumni and Foundation Banner System:

The Alumni and Foundation Banner database will be unavailable from 3:00 AM until 12:00 noon Saturday, July 21st.  Financial year-end processing for fiscal year 2000-2001 will be performed during this time.


Also, as a reminder to users of the MSU Banner System:

We anticipate that the MSU Banner Production database (PROD) will be unavailable for general departmental use from 3:00 AM Saturday, July 21st thru 12:00 noon Sunday, July 22nd.  University financial year-end processing will be performed during this weekend.  

Please note that Banner Web applications are not affected by this downtime and will be accessible during this weekend.



We appreciate your patience as we close fiscal year 2001 for both of these Banner systems.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Help Desk at 325-0631.
