The "Jasper" server, which services ITS supported computer labs, had an error and went down at 4:32 PM. It was back in service by 4:55 PM. While the Jasper server was unavailable, the GroupWise Messenger Server had an error and had to be restarted. The GroupWise Messenger service and other back-end GroupWise services were unavailable from 4:32 PM until 5:05 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
