Teachers and Administrators, The RCU is submitting the Connect publication to the National Staff Development Council’s award titled “Department Newsletter.” This award recognizes a newsletter or publication for the quality of its information and service to its audience. For more information about this award, please visit http://nsdc.org/connect/awards.cfm#awards. The Connect publication had all of the information about summer professional development opportunities for the summer of 2003 (last summer). It informed you about trainings, times, dates, places, etc. In order for us to apply for this award, we need letters of nomination from teachers who have received this publication… meaning you! We also need this letter by the end of today! If you remember the Connect publication from last year and you thought it was useful, please help us. It would be wonderful for the Office of Vocational and Technical Education (OVTE) to be nationally recognized!
