This is probably the last email message that you will receive before we
depart.  Please read it completely and let me know if you have questions:

IMPORTANT DEPARTURE INFORMATION:

 Thursday, May 9

  We will ride in a bus from Starkville to Atlanta.  The meeting point is
  the parking lot located between the Post Office and Magruder.  The bus
  will leave at 7:45 a.m. so I encourage you to be there no later than
  7:30 a.m.

We have prepared a folder for each one of you, containing the trip
itinerary for Mexico City and Cancun, the syllabus for the program, and
some useful handouts and class materials.  PLEASE STOP BY THE MAIN
OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO PICK IT UP.

Finally, remember that we will also ride a bus back from Atlanta to
Starkville.  We will probably get to Starkville around midnight that day.
