Mountain Brook Tech Plan

I tried to access this plan from the NCTP website and had no luck.  I
could not view the text file for viewing online nor could I do a download
of the MSWord file.  When I tried to open it, I got an illegal operation
message and the application shut down.

It is not uncommon for me to have brain cramps and do something silly.  I
was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or if it
might just be me?
