Great review, Ted, of the technology plan in your area of upstate New
York!  You make some excellent points...and some we should take time to
consider.

So, we look forward to using this plan for incisive cogitation.  (There's
that word again!)

Now, here's another "assignment" for everyone.

I would like for you to scour the web and/or the Internet to find
technology plans for:
	* businesses
	* military institutions/entities
	* public service agencies (hospitals, city departments, etc.)

Then, report what you find to the entire group, via this discussion list.
We would like to know the URL and the type institution you're reporting
upon.
