I was browsing for some technology plans and have not found any so far,
but this is close.  I have downloaded the introduction .PDF file and
looked at it.  We need someone who has an DTIC account to order a hard
copy...I would normally download and print the whole document, but I am
not sure this is excatly what we are looking for.
