Well, I found the site okay, but if that's what they call a technology
plan, it helps us to see why so many plans are doomed to failure right out
of the gate. It's so heavy in techno-stuff that it will become out of
date extremely quickly. As a matter of fact, some of the concepts are out
of date now.
Nonetheless, we can use it as an example of a non-school technology plan
and evaluate its potential effectiveness.
