Congratulations abound for Alan Brown as he led a fantastic interactive
desktop videoconference on the topic:
  "Technology Planning in Higher Education: Are We Leading,
   Following, or in the Way?"

Thanks to all the participants!  It was a special treat to have Chip Daley
from Las Vegas, NV, as a key player in our discussions.  What insight he
brought.

Also, I offer special commendations to Lee Hodges for giving such
insightful thought to the deliberations.  She really made us think...as
she is known to do!  Thanks, Lee, for how you always cause us to examine
the real reasons we do this planning stuff.

Alan, I am amazed at your ability to pull off such a fine event!  You
deserve huge kudos...and a big, big pat on the back.

Alan has scheduled the next videoconference, using CU-SeeMe and NetMeeting
for Wednesday, January 13, 1999, at 2:30 PM, Central Time.

We hope you all can join us then for the continuation of this topic!
