Hey Dr. A,

Maybe the use of technology by adminstrators, such as the leadership rubric that we read would be useful to Dr. Porter.
A teacher will only use technology if the practice is reinforced by the people in charge.  If preadministrators don't get training within their course work, how can we expect the preteachers to think it's important and necessary??
