tkt8763-01: My ideas on the Rubric

Like Tim, I am offering my 2 cents on the Rubric on Leadership

I found the rubrics of leadership to be extremely accurate. This is a
wonderful way to evaluate schools or districts. It is very readable and
easy to understand. The different areas that are covered in the rubric
seem to cover most situtations that could arise. My only criticism is
that I feel their should be another level between the minimal and
mastery. It leaves out those who have pretty decent skills, but are not
confident enough to be mastery. There is no room for someone who is not
at the bottom, but not quite at the mastery level. In my opinion, these
rubrics are very well written, organized, and prepared. A lot of time
and thought was put into developing the rubrics and making them
effective.

That is how I feel- take it for what it is worth!!
See you all on Thursday!
