Online learning is becoming an important alternative to traditional
forms of education.  Here are some great resources courtesy of the
Online Learning 98 conference last year with information about
online learning and what it can mean for you!

Saul Carliner has written an excellent white paper titled "The 4 Basic
Issues of Online Learning"  The white paper gives a comprehensive
overview of online learning including:

1.An introduction to online learning
2.The different goals of online learning
3.The choices of technology that you need to consider when starting
or expanding an online learning program
4.Project issues associated with successfully designing, developing,
and delivering online learning
