Help!!!

How do I log onto the webct.msstate.edu site.  It asks for a password and log-in and I do not have one.

I have been listening in the background long enough and now I am ready to start asking a few questions. 

Also, I would like to work on the database...have anybody done any work on Croatia.  I am interested in that country since I had an exchange student from there a few years back.
