tkt8763-01: Just a thought...

After you all described File-Maker Pro to me last night, it seems to me this
program would be capable of creating a web based system for each student
updating the information database as the data is found.  That way if we are
considering having the ministries of state updating the information later;
there would not be much of a conversion from the system that could already
be in place.
