Fellow class members:
I really need some clarification when it comes to the database project.
I was under the assumption that we were creating the database as a
resource. Are we including ALL countries of the world or just the
tech-friendly? If it is to be a resource should we include the names of
the ministers, phone numbers, addresses, faxes, email, etc. Not every
country is going to have a website containing all of this information.
