I think that the design is great. Colors and Pictures tend to give a
document a more creative and informative look.  I think that a design
similiar to that one would give the guidebook a little flavor.  

However, I do agree with Tim to  a certain extent because in my opinion
the guidebook is of good length already.  I think that color and
pictures can should be added as long as it does not take about valuable
parts of the information.
