Re: tkt8763-01: Guidebook format suggestion

I do understand why Tim and LaTasha would want to cut back on graphics for
the length and/or cost of publication. However, the addition of graphics
similar to the Cisco document would add a certain professional quality to
the Guidebook. Even if it is psychological, professional-quality documents
tend to make people trust the content more. (Remember the MacIntosh
Education Resources compared to the IBM resources??)

I personally believe that the Guidebook is worthy and deserving of the
addition of high-quality graphics to give it a professional appeal.
