tkt8763-01: summer options?

Dear MSU friends,

I'm planning to attend all ten weeks of summer school in Starkville. Before
I arrive, I'd like to find the following:

1) a quiet, cheap place to live (sublet an apartment?)-  Currently, I'm
planning to live in conference housing, but I thought I'd see if anyone had
other ideas.

2) a racquetball partner - I'm a C level player (decent) and would like to
enjoy the new fitness facilities.

Sorry if this fills your mailbox with something you didn't want, but I know
that y'all are my best chance at finding solutions.
