I have been researching some info. for the "Guidebook" and came across a
web page that is really great. It is the page for the Software and
Information Industry Association (SIIA).
http://www.siia.net
In Version 2 of the "Guidebook", this organization was known as the
Software Publisher's Association. As of January 1, 1999 SPA merged with
the Information Industry Association (IIA) to form SIIA. That was an
interesting piece of info. that I did not know.
This page is really valuable for technology planning. The graphics are
also really wonderful!
