Cheryl--

Your questions are excellent.  I am thinking of a lengthy response to send
you; however, I believe it is most prudent right now to see what Mark
Benno has in the way of a comment on this issue.

Mark is closer to Roger Wagner than anybody else on this discussion list
and he can provide some TRUE, key insight into this situation.  It's
purely deplorable, but I think I'm more upset about what has been done to
Roger, as a person, than I am to what has happened to the company.
