Thanks Mark, that did clear the waters greatly.  I am beginning to 
understand the picture.

When you can explain more, I would like to know did KA just push Roger out 
when they became directly  involved?  Is it definite that he will no longer 
be there.  Did he entirely sell the rights to HyperStudio when he sold or 
did he hold some back in the deal?
