Dr. Anderson,
   In reflecting on todays video, I realize that we must adapt with the 
changes of the seasons.  We are now in the season of technology. If we do 
not adapt to the change that it brings, we will not be prepared for the next 
season.  The same is true of our students.  If we do not prepare them for 
continuing advances in technology, they will never be prepared to compete 
with students who are trained.  We must always be ready for new 
opportunities and accept change. Each season has something wonderful to 
offer.  We must be ready to accept it.
