My impression of Mr. Rohn's presentation as related to technology planning:
In dealing with technolog we all face adversity and we must decide how
we are going to react and then act when faced with adversity. Winter can be
dark and desolate or it can be a time for reflection and planning on how we
are going to evolve into spring. We need to pay strict attention to these
adversities and learn to rise about them. As spring approaches we must take
every opportunity to proclaim what is right and good about technology and
continue with our quest to better the future of our children. As summer
arrives we must nourish our goals and learn more about this movement and
defend our stance to all. We must be feverent and not let anyone persuade
us that our way is the wrong way. We must be strong.
Procrastination, indecision and complaining will not accomplish these goals,
however if we take action and make decisions with a positive attitude goals
become obtainable. Facing obstacles with this type of attitude certainly
make the road less "rocky". As we roll into fall we must assess our
position and from this assesment accept what we have. If it is not what we
want, we must step back and take a deep breath and know that we must hold no
one but ourselves accountable. If the progress is not what we want, okay,
we regroup and prepare to accept what we must change and start again.
If we have accomplished our goal -- then "pat" ourselves on the back. The
seasons don't change and once we realize how to live within their parameters
we can do anything which we set out to do and do to the best of our
abilities.
