Hi,
I'm in the process of setting up a formal program in a NSW state secondary 
school that certificates some of the students as technology leaders who can 
assist staff and students with all sorts of technology from computers to 
camcorders. They get experience and references, the others get help. I'd be 
grateful for any advice or experiences that you may have to offer.
I'm new to this forum but already have seen ideas to keep me going for 
months.
