tkt8763-01: Calgary Video synopsis

For the benefit of those online students who have not had the opportunity
to watch the video of the Calgary Board of Education presentation on their
technology planning process, I would appreciate your sending your own
personal synopsis of this video to the class list.  That way, we can
examine the perceptions that various ones of you had.

NOTE:  Even if you are an online student and didn't see the video when we
showed it, you must know that it is available as a RealVideo file that you
can access on the SIP page....so I will expect you to go there, play the
movie, and write your own synopsis. This is not optional, so you will need
to make sure you have downloaded the correct software and view the movie.
