Cindy Lee Martin and Jim Langley 6 step process had merit. The
following is a list of these
steps:
1. Understand external force. What plans have already been developed.
Use search capabilities.
2. Internal scan--can the school change. What technology is already
there. Evaluate response.
3. Developing vision and goals. Meaningful opportunity for learner's
goals. Tech plans. Staff use technology.
4. Goals and action plans should be in place.
5. Implement plans.
6. Review whole process.
