Mr. Hughes, 

Thank you for taking the time to speak to our class.  I am taking the
online portion of the class, so I was not able to hear it live, but I
listened later from my home.  You spoke some words of true inspirations to
me.  I am a Kindergarten Teacher in a rural district.  You hit the nail on
the head when you siad that the children are coming to school less
prepared that ever before.  And yes, they do carry much more baggage than
every before.  I also agree with you about the smaller middle class.
